This stuff is a miracle as far as I'm concerned. It really works for me. I have endometriosis that I mostly manage with diet at this point after having surgery. It really takes the edge off flares. I saw this recommended by another person online that has endo and thought it wouldnt hurt anything to try. So glad I did. Smells good. No greasy feeling, absorbs quickly. I've also used on my back and knees after general soreness from doing gardening and it worked almost immediately bringing relief. Is a real life saver.
