Received two rubs, eucalyptus and no-scent which both melted in container and resulted in grimy texture. Can't tell if it affected the potency but disappointed.

1. The product is amazing and truly works. It has helped with my aches and pains. This is coming from someone who struggles with RA but still pushes it at the gym
2. I won't go into details but the Customer Service is top notch. They went above and beyond and I'm blown away. I work in customer service so I can speak to how awesome they are.
Don't sleep on this product and this company!

was in alot of pain, used half the container some relief but more like 40% coudnt tell if all the rub or tyenol taking also

This is the best topical pain relief I have found. It works quickly and consistently when used for pain and even minor skin irritations. Highly recommend!

I swear by THC/CBD pain relief products but the majority of them have an offensive scent ... one where everyone around you smells it too. Not so with Mad Ritual unscented balm. So very grateful ... thank you!

The Eucalyptus + Peppermint is my favorite scent (so far)! I love using the relief rubs for sore muscles after runs and strength training. It is also great on my neck and temples for headache relief. It isn't greasy and absorbs fairly quickly.

Works within minutes on my achy muscles! Love this stuff!
