Topical CBD x Autumn Activities for Pain-Free Fall Fun

Made for Fall

Love it or hate it, pumpkin spice season is here. Autumn is often a time we embrace activities and outings that use our muscles in ways we're not used to.

Apple Picking: Arms and shoulders are in for a workout reaching those honey crisp, golden delicious and granny smith apples. You'll undoubtedly lug home more apples than you know what to do with, but maybe you can convince your neighbors to take a few!

Pumpkin Patch: Scout out the perfect pumpkin for your fall decor or jack-o-lantern masterpiece. But remember, hinge at the waist and lift with your legs to avoid straining your back.

Bumpy hayrides can leave you with unexpected aches and pains as well. Apply Relief Rub before bed or relax in a lavender bath to avoid muscle stiffness.

Corn Maze: Ah, the exhilaration of racing through to find hidden clues with family or mates. But let's face it, most of us aren't as young as we used to be. Make sure to stretch before entering the maze.

This is particularly important if you'll be chasing after the fastest land mammal (a toddler with something they shouldn't have in their mouth) - IYKYK.

Hiking: Fall hiking is the best. Fewer bugs, cooler temps, changing foliage (depending on where you live). Getting a dose of fresh air and your steps in on a hike feels amazing... until your quads, knees or ankles start to hurt.

Applying Relief Rub before and after a hike can go a long way towards keeping sore muscles at bay.
