Will COVID -19 impact my Mad Ritual orders?
MadRitual.com is always open for business but we are making adjustments to our methods of business to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a Washington State business, our team is working from home to ensure we do our part to #flattenthecurve and keep our employees, customers and community safe. At this time, we're able to continue to fulfill orders without compromising our commitment to quality.
As of now, shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS) are still operating without delays. Please be patient if carriers begin to experience delays as we get through COVID-19 together.
All items are well stocked so delays in production won't impact our ability to fulfill orders.
Hygiene and sanitation in our storage and shipping areas is always a priority, but we are increasing our efforts just to be safe.
COVID-19 may occasionally cause very minor delays in shipping or customer service response, no more than a 24-hour delay, and we will try out best to solve your problem.
