Will COVID -19 impact my Mad Ritual orders?

MadRitual.com is always open for business but we are making adjustments to our methods of business to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a Washington State business, our team is working from home to ensure we do our part to #flattenthecurve and keep our employees, customers and community safe. At this time, we're able to continue to fulfill orders without compromising our commitment to quality.


  • As of now, shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS) are still operating without delays. Please be patient if carriers begin to experience delays as we get through COVID-19 together.
  • All items are well stocked so delays in production won't impact our ability to fulfill orders.
  • Hygiene and sanitation in our storage and shipping areas is always a priority, but we are increasing our efforts just to be safe.
  • COVID-19 may occasionally cause very minor delays in shipping or customer service response, no more than a 24-hour delay, and we will try out best to solve your problem.
